If you make a booking through our website for travel products such as flight services provided by GDS, please note that our website acts solely as a user interface. FanamTrip directly manages tour packages on this portal. Travellers must understand and agree to the terms and conditions of both airlines and tour packages before booking or purchasing products through FanamTrip. If any traveller faces issues or disputes regarding bookings, FanamTrip will act as a point of contact and will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist the customer.
Payment Terms
When you make a payment on this site, you consent to the use of your personal details for verifying and validating your transactions, ensuring that your credentials are not used without your authorization. You also agree that your information may be shared with third-party credit card payment gateway agencies for verification purposes. Rest assured, your personal details will only be used to verify and confirm your identity.
FanamTrip applies a Convenience Charge, which may vary depending on the payment method used.
Cancellation & Refund
- FanamTrip adheres to the cancellation and reissue policies set by airlines and the tour policies established by FanamTrip.
- For flight and tour bookings, FanamTrip does not impose any additional service fees.
- To process a refund or reissue, customers must notify FanamTrip at least 48 hours before the travel date.
- Refunds for flights or tours may take 3 to 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method used.
- Please note that convenience charges are non-refundable.
- For EMI payments, any applicable EMI charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If you paid in cash, the refund will be sent through your preferred channel.
