Travellers must contact FanamTrip at least 48 hours before their travel date to request a cancellation or reissue. If this advance notice is not provided, a no-show charge may apply according to the airline’s policy.

To cancel or reissue, travellers should call +8809678189188 or +8801314238111 or email us at [email protected]. Our team will initiate the process via email and address the issue upon receiving confirmation from the customer.

Cancellation or reissue fees, along with a standard service charge, are based on the airline's policy and may change at any time. FanamTrip does not add any extra service charges beyond those quoted by the airline. For EMI payments, applicable EMI charges will be deducted from the amount due.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after a successful cancellation and will be issued through our current payment channel, bank deposit. Refunds may take one to fifteen working days to appear in the traveller's account.

Tour

FanamTrip directly manages tour packages on this portal, and the cancellation policy is set by FanamTrip.

We accept both offline and online payments for tour package bookings. To cancel or request a date change, travellers should call +8809678189188 or +8801314238111 or email us at [email protected]. Our team will respond accordingly to resolve the issue.

Please review the specific policy provided under each tour package before booking. Note that bookings made for black-out dates are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
